How do we register a full team?
Every participant must submit their own application, payment & waiver. Once all players are registered the captain of that team MUST DM us on Instagram @SwooshTournament with a full roster. Please make sure all payments & waivers have been submitted before messaging us.
What if I don't have a team?
Please directly message us on Instagram if you are needing to find a team & we will notify each team needing an additional player.
How many players can we have on a team?
Max 7 Players. Make sure to rotate so that everyone gets playtime & rest.
Will there be refs?
Yes. Tournament refs, score & clock keepers will be aiding us in providing a timely schedule.
What if I want to be a vendor & not a participant in the tournament?
Please contact Kobey's Swap Meet via instagram @KobeysSwapMeet. They will have more info on vending pricing, availability & questions.
Is this event free?
Kobey's has it's usual entry fee to the swamp meet flea. Once you have entered make your way to the court & spectate for free! Vendors & tournament players have to pay the fees associated.
Can we be disqualified
if we
are in the tournament?
Yes, failure to show up on time will result in automatic disqualification. If there is Discrimination and violence will also result in disqualification. to these characteristics. No refunds will be given.
Where is the tournament bracket posted?
Everything is live & always posted on our Instagram!
Will jerseys be provided?
No, being that it is a vintage event, we encourage bringing your own vintage shirts or jerseys. Tape will be provided to add your number on top of any clothing needed.
How do the winners receive the cash prize?
Your captain will have to fill out our payment application forms in order to receive the payout. Payment will be done through wire transfer upon processing the payment application forms. As a non profit we do require all tax information from every participating party. Processing can take up to 2 weeks if all forms are not submitted.
